CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — Tropical storm Ondoy unleashed its fury in this province on Saturday and high flood waters reaching as much as five feet flooded low lying municipalities and most parts of this city.
At about 5:00 p.m. last Saturday, weathermen spotted the eye of the storm right smack in this province, and brought with it a torrent of rain which the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astonomical Administration (Pagasa) said was a month’s worth, and spared no area, including the Capitol and city hall.
